Mr T

Don’t let his grumpy appearance fool you – Mr T is a big softie and a total sweetheart! He’s friendly and curious, always coming over to help at cleaning time (by ‘help’ we mean ‘nudge your shoes and throw the dustpan around’!) and then lingering for a long head massage. He has needed help keeping himself clean in the past and though it’s been a while since he last required a bum bath. Being groomed isn’t Mr T’s favourite thing but he’s ever so tolerant and forgives you very quickly afterwards! He’s not very adventurous when it comes to food. He loves his hay and basic greens of course, but hand feeding him pellets and coriander is a great way to become his best friend! He has started trying the odd dandelion leaf since coming into foster care, but for now takes no notice of things like mint, rose or bramble leaves. Having come from a small single storey enclosure, he is gradually becoming more and more confident with exploring his environment and has now mastered both the tunnel to his outdoor run and the second level of his shed! He loves hanging out above ground level, and especially enjoys knocking toys and bowls off the top of his favourite hidey!
